it is obtained and distributed to preparation and cooking,
presentation to serving it and at the same time greatly admired by

Here at GIIC, the faculty of food teaches you
all the above including the nutritional values of food intended for consumption,
the marketing and promotional techniques of your invention, people skills needed
to supervise the workforce, cost control knowledge to generate sufficient profit
for your business, be able to combine food and culture together, and above all
else we will nurture you to become an innovative and creative entrepreneur.
Having said that, is cooking a science or an art. We say it is both a science
and an art. Stated below is the proposed scheme for the 2.5 years in Diploma in
Culinary Arts.
